This report identifies and summarizes the research that has been conducted in eight countries: the United Kingdom (UK), United States (US), Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, Canada, and Australia. Studies were included in the review if they pertained to the disease burden, unmet needs of patients and caregivers, and satisfaction with care. Findings from each country may inform future research addressing each of these factors.
